Mid Season: 22 April 2023 - 30 June 2023:  1250 euros / week

Easter Week: 8-15 April 2023: 1450 euros / week

Summer Season: 1 July 2023 - 8 Sept 2023:  1950 euros / week

End of Summer: 9 Sept 2023 - 29 Sept 2023: 1450 euros / week

Mid Season: 30 Sept 2023 - 20 Oct 2023:  1250 euros / wee

In the Summer season (July/August) rentals run Saturday to Saturday and the minimum stay is one week. During the rest of the year, we offer the option to book for a minimum of three nights charged on a pro-rata basis.

Terms & Conditions:​

  • Due to the need to have sufficient time to clean on change-over day, the arrival time is 16:00 and departure time is 10:00 

  • Payment is based on the € Value. 

  • A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of your reservation to secure your booking. 

  • The balance is due eight weeks before the arrival date of your holiday. 

  • All prices include gas, electricity, water, linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.

  • Refundable security deposit of 500€ to be sent one week before arrival.  This will be refunded up to 7 days after Departure to have sufficient time to check for breakages.

  • In the case of cancellation: 8 weeks before the date of arrival, the initial deposit is non-returnable; 0-4 weeks before the arrival date the whole booking fee is non-returnable.
